We make sure each Service User has an intimate group of regular carers who really get to know them ensuring you don't feel the effect of sickness and holidays. This way, we can focus on all the little but important details, like how you like your tea and your daily routines, which really boosts your quality of life. Having a consistent team of carers means you get more personalised and attentive care. It also helps build trust and comfort, so you feel more at ease and secure. Plus, a small, familiar team is more likely to notice any small changes in your health or behaviour, allowing us to respond quickly and accurately to any issues.

Our care staff are friendly, caring individuals who are highly trained. They complete mandatory refresher training every year, so they’re always up to date with the latest care practices. Medication Management
Our care staff are trained to assist and prompt medication responsibly. They help manage medication to ensure the correct doses are taken at the right times. To stay current, they undergo annual ‘Management of Medication’ training. This continuous education means our team is always up to date with best practices, ensuring your medication is handled safely and effectively.
