Step 1 - Get in touch
The first step is to have a chat with us. Our office team will spend time talking to you in order to understand your personal situation and the type of home care and support you need. Find your local office and either call us or send us an email. We’ll be in touch to have this initial, no-obligation chat.
Step 2 - Free Assessment
The next step is for a registered support team member to meet with you in your home, where they will make the initial assessment. They will discuss your individual needs, challenges, goals, as well as assess your home and surroundings.
Step 3 - Creation of the Care Plan
From the initial assessment, we will work with you are family if requested to create a personalised care plan that is as individual as you are, right down to detailing your favourite cup and saucer and chocolate bar! Of course, it contains all the important details too such as medication, timing, frequency and so on. Once fully approved by you, we move on to the next stage.
Step 4 - Care Assistant Assigned
We carefully match our Service Users with their Care Assistants based on wide range of criteria, from full competency to personality making.
Step 5 - Start of Care
Your care with Blackstone Care will begin, with care that has been tailored with a service specifically to meet your individual needs and requests. Your allocated care worker and their supervisors will both attend your first visits for your peace of mind.
